STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.

Shipments generally arrive within 7-10 business days from the shipping date. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Saxon MD Skincare is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.If you have not received your package 2 weeks after ordering, please do email or call us.

UNDELIVERED/MISSING PACKAGES

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please report lost/stolen packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue.


Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15.00 fee for USPS packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

Change of Address After Shipment

If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that you will be charged an $15 fee for re-shipping the package. If the package is returned by sender, we will ship it out to you once we get the package back. If the package is accepted by someone else, you will be responsible to get your products from that person or re-order from us and incur the fees for the new products purchased. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.
